These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Shibko website, mobile application and related services.
By using Shibko or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Shibko Services
Shibko offers products including personalised gifts, home decor, festive items, spiritual and pooja products, gift hampers and other products displayed on the platform.
Products, pricing, delivery options and service availability may vary by location and availability.
Account
Customers may be required to create or verify an account before placing an order.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account.
You must not share OTPs or authentication credentials with another person.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, colours and prices accurately.
Actual colours may vary slightly depending on screens, lighting, material or handmade/custom-production characteristics.
Personalised Products
Customers are responsible for checking photographs, spelling, names, dates, text, messages, size selections and other customisation details before submitting an order.
By uploading a photograph, artwork, logo, text or other material, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use it for the requested personalisation.
Shibko may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.
Pricing
The price shown at checkout will include the applicable product amount and clearly disclosed applicable taxes, delivery fees or other charges.
In case of an obvious pricing or technical error, Shibko may cancel the affected transaction and refund the amount paid.
Payments
Available payment methods may include:
- online payment;
- UPI;
- cards;
- wallet where available; and
- Cash on Delivery for eligible products.
Cash on Delivery may not be available for personalised/custom-made products.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation does not prevent Shibko from cancelling an order where fulfilment becomes impossible because of stock issues, technical errors, payment failure, fraud concerns or delivery restrictions.
Delivery
Delivery availability and estimated time depend upon the customer's location, product availability and preparation requirements.
Displayed delivery times should be treated as estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Cancellation, Return & Refund
Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the Shibko Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Shibko name, branding, website/app design, graphics and other proprietary platform content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Customer-submitted images remain subject to the customer's applicable rights and are used for fulfilment as described in our Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Use
Users must not:
- misuse the platform;
- attempt unauthorised system access;
- conduct fraudulent transactions;
- submit unlawful material;
- impersonate another person;
- interfere with Shibko's systems; or
- abuse promotions, refunds or delivery services.
Limitation and Force Majeure
Shibko will make reasonable efforts to provide services reliably but may not be liable for interruptions or delays caused by events outside reasonable control, subject always to rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer law and statutory jurisdiction, disputes relating to Shibko shall be subject to the appropriate courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
